Our approach

Why this place

Creating takes time, room, and somewhere you can both work and rest. Mâwa Art Space brings the three together: a studio for the practice, somewhere to house a group, a garden for the breaks.

Four doors

Artist residency. A company, a collective or an artist comes to move a project forward. The place provides the space and the quiet; the project remains that of the people who come.

Cultural events and stays. Workshops, gatherings and stays bring people together around a practice, over a few days.

Art therapy workshop. Workshops where people practise to express themselves and take care of themselves, whatever their level.

Community projects. The place also makes room for community projects, which can take shape here.

Coming to work here

The place is for companies, collectives, facilitators running a workshop and groups looking for somewhere to come together.
